چکیده
One of the main causes worldwide decrease sowing quality soybean seeds is a cotyledonous bacterial blight in form necrotic decaying spots on outer or inner side cotyledons. We hypothesize that there primary non-bacterial cause for development cotyledons seeds. carried out research 2016-2020 at V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute Oil Crops Cotyledonous never recorded immature healthy plants stages complete filling and beginning physiological maturation. But secondary (rain) moistening mature unharvested leads to necroses seed germination due subsequent necrotization over-moistened repeatedly dried tissues The mechanism cotyledon necrosis formation based individual areas whole critical moisture level initiates nucleic acid synthesis. This irreversibly activates cell division processes Subsequent drying with their necrosis. isolation pathogens various species families can be explained by saprophytic infection already dead after drying.

Cercospora cf. sigesbeckiae is an ascomycete fungal pathogen that infects various plants, including important agricultural commodities, such as soybean. Here, we report the first draft genome sequence and assembly of this pathogen.
متن کاملGenomics-enabled analysis of the emergent disease cotton bacterial blight
Cotton bacterial blight (CBB), an important disease of (Gossypium hirsutum) in the early 20th century, had been controlled by resistant germplasm for over half a century. Recently, CBB re-emerged as an agronomic problem in the United States. Here, we report analysis of cotton variety planting statistics that indicate a steady increase in the percentage of susceptible cotton varieties grown each...
